Analysis of food production pattern in Jiangxi Province

Abstract: According to the statistical data of grain production, with the index model such as time series, coefficient of variation, geography relation ratio and location quotient model, this article discussed the grain production and development and the change characteristics of the regional pattern in Jiangxi province The regional advantages of eight kinds of grain crops in Jiangxi province was analyzed by scale advantage index, efficient advantage index and comprehensive advantage index It showed that grain production in Jiangxi Province experienced a process pattern of risingstablerising during 1978 to 2010 The discrete degree and regional difference increased, but the geography relation ratio of grainyield & population number declined, and Jian, Yichun,Fuzhou and etc became the center of grain production The significant difference exists in different production areas in Jiangxi At last the suggestion for adjustment of grain crops pattern was proposed.
