Abstract: The paper apprehended current preservation situation and major problems of characteristic culture villages through the field survey of characteristic culture villages in Lishui and put forward preservation and exploration thoughts and countermeasures， namely， adherence to characteristics， cultural heritage， protection first， unified planning， mechanism creativity， in the hope of providing a favorable reference for promoting preservation and exploration of characteristic culture villages in Zhejiang province.
