Abstract: In the present study, black feather pure lines of green\|eggshell and white leghorn were selected as parents to construct resource population. The traits of albumen height, yolk weight, yolk color and Haugh unit of eggs laid by P1 and P2 parents as well as their F1 and F2 offsprings at 40 weeks were measured. SEA\|G4F2 software was used for the mixed gene plus polygenes inheritance analysis. It was shown that the model of Haugh unit at 40 weeks age was E, namely two pairs of additive\|dominance\|epistatic major\|gene plus additive\|dominance\|epistatic polygene mixed genetic model, in which the heritability of major\|gene was 1471%. The optimal models of albumen height, yolk weight and yolk color were model E\|1, namely two pairs of additive\|dominance\|epistatic major\|gene plus additive\|dominance polygene mixed genetic model, in which their heritability of major\|gene were 1932%, 358% and 2105%, respectively. The heritability of polygene for each trait was 0.
