Abstract: Based on the survey sample data of 100 agricultural production and processing enterprises in Jiangsu Province， the choice of cooperation mechanism and its influencing factors between production and processing of agricultural enterprises and family farm were empirically analyzed by the methods of multiple logistic regression model. The empirical results showed that the establishment age of enterprises， enterprises scale， the degree of price volatility of agricultural products， sales target market of agricultural products had a significant negative impact on the leading enterprises chosen for close cooperative mechanism （orders+service， integrated type）; however， the total assets of enterprise， the degree of processing of agricultural products and the quality requirements of agricultural products had no impact on the choice.
