Abstract

Abstract: The effect of different sample preparation conditions on the detection of total SO₂^-3 in mushrooms was studied. And the optimal ion chromatography detection conditions were selected and the detection method of SO₂^-3 in mushrooms based on ion chromatography was set up. The detection limit of apparatus was 0.05 mg/kg, the recovery rate from low to high concentration was 86.0%-94.6%, and the RSD value was 1.2%-2.3%. The results provided a method for the further research on the relationships between total SO₂^-3 and SO₂ content of mushroom．
