Abstract:

A recombinant baculovirus expressing VP60 of Rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus (RHDV) was constructed with bac\|to\|bac baculovirus expression system to study the expression and intracellular localization of the structural protein VP60 of RHDV in Sf9 cells. The results of indirect immnuofluorescence assay (IFA) and Western blot analysis showed that the proteins were successfully expressed in Sf9 cells. The results of electron micrographs showed that there were some virus\|like particles (VLPs) formed in Sf9 cells, and further results of confocal microscopy indicated that VP60 proteins were localized at the cellular membrane of Sf9 cells．
