摘要/Abstract

摘要： 建立农产品供应链合作伙伴选择标准是挑选合作伙伴和建立供应链联盟的基础,科学的合作伙伴选择体系有助于从源头控制食品质量安全和应对不断变化的农产品市场需求。为了确定农产品供应链合作伙伴选择标准,分析了当前农产品市场特点并构建了农产品供应链合作伙伴选择指标体系,运用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)计算各指标的权重。研究结果表明:合作伙伴的质量、履约能力和合作双方的互补性是农业企业在选择合作伙伴时最重要的3个指标。

Abstract: Establishing selection criteria of supply chain partner is the primary procedure of selecting copartner and the foundation of agri-products supply chain alliance. Furthermore, it contributes greatly to food quality safety control from its root and responds the changing market requirements. This paper analyzed features of agriculture market in China in order to seek the proper selection criterion system. The criterion system of copartner evaluation was constructed and index values were calculated by AHP. The results showed that the most important factors which affected agri-products supply chain partner selection were partner quality, performance capabilities and cooperative complementarity between two sides.
