摘要:
数字乡村是乡村振兴的重要战略方向,是推进农业农村现代化的重要内容。文章首先在理论层面阐述了数字乡村建设对乡村振兴的促进作用,随后基于2018—2020年1 804个县域的面板数据,结合熵权法构建乡村振兴综合评价体系并测算乡村振兴指数,匹配《县域数字乡村指数报告(2020)》,检验数字乡村建设对乡村振兴的影响。研究发现:数字乡村建设对乡村振兴有显著的促进作用。乡村经济数字化和乡村生活数字化能显著促进乡村振兴,而乡村基础设施数字化和乡村治理数字化未展现出应有的效果。数字乡村建设对产业兴旺、乡风文明、生活富裕等乡村振兴维度的促进效应最为明显。数字乡村水平较高的县域,数字乡村建设对乡村振兴具有显著的促进效应。在公共预算支出较低的县域,数字乡村驱动乡村振兴的效果更为明显。上述发现表明,当前阶段的乡村振兴应该紧密结合数字乡村建设契机,重点推进乡村经济数字化转型,提升农村居民数字生活的便利度和获得感。政府应加大对数字乡村建设的投入,特别是对数字乡村发展较落后地区的支持。
