摘要:
为探究光周期变化对斜纹夜蛾(Spodoptera litura)生殖行为的影响,本文利用红外线摄像仪连续观察9个暗期,研究12 h光照∶12 h黑暗(12 L∶12 D)、16 h光照∶8 h黑暗(16 L∶8 D)和20 h光照∶4 h黑暗(20 L∶4 D)3个不同光周期处理对斜纹夜蛾成虫求偶、交配行为以及繁殖力的影响。结果显示:12 L∶12 D处理下,斜纹夜蛾在第2~6个暗期最为活跃;随着观察时间的延长,斜纹夜蛾的求偶次数、求偶时长、交配次数、交配时长、交配率和日产卵数量等参数值不断降低。斜纹夜蛾在20 L∶4 D处理下的求偶次数、求偶时长、交配次数、交配率和总产卵数量分别仅为12 L∶12 D处理的41.83%、32.84%、31.82%、45.83%、26.85%。通过光周期20 L∶4 D处理可影响斜纹夜蛾生殖行为,从而显著降低其产卵数量。
