近红外、中红外光谱技术在无机元素分析检测中的应用

摘要:
利用近红外光谱与中红外光谱,结合化学计量学建模方法进行无机元素分析检测,具有快速、无损、绿色环保等优点,现已广泛应用于环境、农业、食品、生物、医药及石油化工等领域。究其原理,无机微量元素虽然在红外区没有吸收峰,但是被测物中的有机质、金属及非金属氧化物可与无机微量元素形成螯合物或络合物,这就使得近红外光谱与中红外光谱定性、定量检测无机微量元素成为可能。文章综述了近红外光谱与中红外光谱在沉积物、土壤、堆肥与动植物样品中无机微量元素定性、定量检测方面的应用及其机理研究,以及富集技术结合近红外光谱实现水溶液中金属离子检测的研究进展。

Abstract: Due to the advantage of rapid and non\|destructive, environment protecting determination,
near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) and mid\|infrared spectroscopy (MIRS) are widely applied in the areas of environment, agriculture, food, biology, medicine and petrochemical, etc.
Theoretically, there is no absorption band for inorganic metal in the NIR and MIR region. However, the complex or chelation of inorganic components with organic matter, metal oxides and nonmetallic oxides are able to be reflected in the NIR spectra and MIR spectra, and thus makes relevant detection possible. This paper reviewed the quantitative and qualitative detection method and mechanism of inorganic metals in sediments, soil, compost, animals, plants, biological samples, and the enrichment methods combined with NIRS to achieve the detection of metal ions in aqueous solution were also discussed.
