蝇蛆蛋白粉替代鱼粉对中华鳖日本品系生长、肌肉品质、免疫及抗氧化指标的影响

摘要: 试验对比研究了无菌蝇蛆蛋白粉替代中华鳖日本品系(Pelodiscus sinensis Japanese strain)(初始均重3.5 g左右)常规饲料中50%的鱼粉后,对其生长、肌肉和裙边质构参数、血清免疫和抗氧化指标的影响。结果表明,经过9个月的温室养殖,50%蝇蛆蛋白粉替代组饲喂的幼鳖特定生长率相比于常规饲料组显著下降(P<0.05),而存活率有所提高(P>0.05);肌肉质构参数方面,蝇蛆蛋白粉替代组硬度降低(P<0.05),但粘性提高(P<0.05),裙边的内聚性参数显著下降(P<0.05)。蝇蛆蛋白粉饲料投喂能显著增强试验鳖血清中酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶活性(P<0.05),但对抗氧化指标和溶菌酶活性没有显著影响(P>0.05)。试验认为,蝇蛆蛋白粉可以替代中华鳖日本品系中部分饲料,但替代的适宜比例需进一步研究确定。

Abstract: The present study was conducted to compare the effects of housefly maggot meal (magmeal) instead of dietary 50% fish meal on growth performance, tissues textural mechanical properties, serum immunity and antioxidant parameters in juveniles (initial average weight 3 g) of Pelodiscus sinensis Japanese strain. At the end of 9 months feeding trial in greenhouse, the P. sinensis Japanese strain fed with magmeal diet (R group) showed significantly lower specific growth rate than the data observed in the control group (C group) (P<0.05), however, survival rate in R group was little higher than the C group without significant difference (P>0.05). Regarding textural mechanical properties, the hardness of muscle and cohesiveness of calipash in the R group decreased significantly when compared with the C group (P<0.05), but the adhesiveness in muscle increased significantly (P<0.05). No signicant difference in serum antioxidant parameters or lysozyme activities were found between two dietary treatments, however, the acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase activities were enhanced by dietary magmeal substitution. In conclusion, the present study preliminary indicated that magmeal was a potential protein source which could be applied in P. sinensis feed, however, the optimal replacement level for fish meal needs further investigation.
