大岗山不同海拔毛竹林土壤肥力的灰色关联度分析

摘要: 为了确定不同海拔毛竹林的土壤肥力状况,选择土壤理化性质、微生物性质和酶活性作为土壤肥力评价因子,运用灰色关联度分析方法定量分析毛竹林的土壤肥力,并进行综合排序。结果表明:5个海拔毛竹林土壤肥力关联度的大小依次为700 m >600 m>500 m>400 m>300 m。关联度与土壤化学性质、真菌和放线菌数量以及土壤淀粉酶、β\|葡糖苷酶和多酚氧化酶呈正向相关关系。因此,土壤化学性质与土壤酶活性可以作为土壤肥力快速评价指标。

Abstract: In order to determine the soil fertility of Moso bamboo forests at different altitudes in Dagang Mountain, soil physical and chemical properties, microbial properties and enzymatic activities were chosen as assessment indicators. Soil fertility was analyzed quantitatively by grey relational analysis, and ranked by correlation degrees comprehensively. The results showed that the order of soil fertility in Moso bamboo forests at different altitudes was 700 m>600 m>500 m>400 m>300 m. Correlation degree had a positive correlation with soil chemical properties, the number of bacterium, actinomycetes, activities of amylase, β\|glucosidase and polyphenol oxidase. Consequently, we concluded that soil chemical properties and soil enzymatic activities can be used as indicators for assessing soil fertility rapidly.
