摘要: 玉米果穗烘干不仅要求生产率高,还要保证干燥后果穗的品质好,为此设计了5HZL1200型玉米果穗立式烘干系统。该系统的控制部分是在组态王平台上开发出的玉米果穗烘干监控系统,其克服了种子烘干效率低、人为操作失误等问题。利用该立式烘干系统进行玉米果穗的干燥试验,结果表明,采用立式烘干的干燥时间较平铺式烘干时间缩短了21 h,平均降水速率提高了428%,玉米籽粒破碎率降低了22%。实践证明该系统有热效率高、设备占地面积小、烘干品质好、单位质量成本低、自动化程度高等特点。

Abstract: Corn grain drying not only required high productivity, but also guaranteed the quality of the dry ear. Consequently, we designed 5HZL1200 type maize ear vertical drying system, the control part of which was corn grain drying monitoring system developed on the Kingview. The problems of low efficiency of seeds drying, artificial error etc. have been overcome. The experimental results of using the vertical drying system for corn grain drying experiment showed that adopting vertical type of drying made its drying time 21 h shorter than that of flat drying; moreover, the precipitation rate was increased on average by 428%, and corn grain crushing rate was reduced by 22%. The system had been proved to have a series of characteristics, including high thermal efficiency, small occupied area, good drying quality, low unit cost, high automation, etc.
