核仁及其在病毒侵染过程中的作用

摘要: 核仁是生物体细胞里的重要结构之一,它的主要功能是负责转录rRNA及组装核糖体。病理学研究表明,核仁在病毒侵染细胞过程中也起着重要作用。病毒通过与核仁及其所含组分相互作用而促进病毒粒子的运输,或者利用核仁相关组分来促进病毒的转录与翻译。文章对核仁在病毒侵染过程中的作用作简要概述。

Abstract: Nucleolus is an important structure of biological cells, responsible for rRNA transcription and assembly of ribosome. Pathological studies reveal that nucleolus also plays important roles in viral infection. Virus can interact with nucleolus or its components to facilitate the transportation of viral particles, transcription and translation of viral genome. Here, we reviewed the progress on function of nucleolus during viral infection briefly.
