不同生菜品种苗期耐热性的综合评价

摘要: 为探明生菜不同品种对高温的适应性差异,以生菜叶片为试验材料,以半致死温度及抗氧化酶活性为参照指标,对7个生菜品种,A(战神)、B(玉湖)、C(剑客)、D(小叶苦苣)、E(申选5号)、F(玛丽娜)、G(橡叶绿)的耐热性进行研究。结果表明,随着处理温度的升高,7个生菜品种叶片的细胞伤害率增长速度均呈现“慢—快—慢”的趋势,呈典型的“S”型曲线,显著性检验均符合Logistic方程。7个生菜品种耐高温能力由强到弱依次为C(49.67℃) >D(49.60℃) >F(49.36℃) >B( 49.13℃) >G(48.81℃) >E(48.74℃) >A(47.86℃)。同时,高温处理6 d后,各品种的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量均比对照有不同程度的上升;半致死温度与MDA含量及SOD、POD、CAT等抗氧化酶活性呈显著相关性, 以上结果说明半致死温度可以作为鉴定生菜耐热性强弱的指标。

Abstract: To detect the adaptability difference under high temperature of different lettuce cultivars, leaf segments of seven lettuce cultivars (A\|G) were used to study the heat tolerance by electrical conductivity method and antioxidant enzyme indexes. The results showed that with the rise of treated temperature, cells injured rate of leaf segments from A to G were increased with trends of slow\|fast\|slow, showed typical S\|type curve, the significance test of which was fit Logistic equation. The heat resistance of the seven lettuce cultivars followed the order: C>D>F>B>G>E>A, respectively. Meanwhile, treating with high temperature for 6 d increased the superoxidase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) activities and the malondisldehyde (MDA) contents of various lettuce cultivars. The relationship between semi\|lethal high temperature and antioxidant enzyme indexes was significant. The above results showed that semi\|lethal high temperature could be considered as the index of lettuce heat resistance.
