钛在土壤中的形态分布及其对油葵生长的影响

Distribution of Ti forms in soils and its effect on growth of oil sunflower

摘要: 采用Tessier连续提取法和室内盆栽试验,研究不同外源钛(Ti)浓度对其在土壤中形态分布及油葵生长和Ti吸收量的影响。结果表明:钛在土壤中的形态分布特征为残渣态>有机质结合态>铁锰氧化物结合态>可交换态>碳酸盐结合态,且主要以残渣态存在。随着外源钛浓度增加,土壤中各形态Ti含量和油葵地下、地上部分Ti含量均增加。土壤中钛的生物活性低,生物可利用性系数和迁移系数都较小,仅有万分之几,油葵对钛的富集系数和转运系数也较小。高浓度的外源钛抑制油葵生长,当添加量为6 000 mg·kg-1时,油葵受到毒害。油葵各部分干质量与土壤中各形态Ti含量及全量均呈负相关。对油葵地下、地上部分Ti吸收量贡献最大的分别是碳酸盐结合态和有机质结合态Ti。

Abstract: The effects of different external concentrations of Ti on the distribution of Ti forms in soil and the oil sunflower growth as well as Ti uptake by oil sunflower were studied by using Tessier sequential extraction and pot culture experiments. The results showed that the distribution of Ti forms in soil decreased as residual>organic fraction>Fe-Mn oxide>exchangeable>carbonate fractions, and was mainly existed in residual state. With the increasing concentration of external Ti, there was a tendency of incrase in the contents of various Ti forms in soil and Ti content in each part of oil sunflower. The biological activity of Ti in soil was low, and biological availability coefficients and transfer coefficients were small. The enrichment factor and migration factor of Ti in oil sunflower were also small. High concentrations of external Ti inhibited the growth of oil sunflower. Oil sunflower had been poisoned with addition of 6 000 mg·kg-1 Ti. Dry mass of oil sunflower was negatively correlated with the contents of all forms of Ti and total Ti in soil. Carbonate-bound form played an important role in Ti contents of underground part of oil sunflower, and organic fraction contributed the most to the absorption of Ti by aboveground part of oil sunflower.
