摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以2005—2014年30个省份的猪肉价格为研究对象,采用空间统计学中单变量全局空间自相关分析研究猪肉价格的时空分布格局,利用双变量全局空间自相关分析方法研究猪肉价格与供给、需求、成本3方面11个影响因素的时空耦合关系。研究结果表明,在时空关系方面,2005—2008年猪肉价格总体上呈地区间的显著正相关性,2008年之后相关性减弱,猪肉价格的空间差异较大;影响因素方面,猪肉价格与成本因素的生猪价格、仔猪价格、玉米价格呈较强的正相关性。

Abstract: In this paper, pork prices in 30 provinces from 2005 to 2014 are analyzed for exploring spatial and temporal distribution pattern and the coupling relationship between pork price and 11 influencing factors of supply, demand and cost. The results showed that pork prices showed a significant positive correlation between provinces from 2005 to 2008. After 2008, the correlation decreased and there was a significant difference in spatial distribution. In terms of influencing factors, the pork price was positively correlated with the price of pig, piglet and corn.
