摘要:

通过不同栽培方式下毒死蜱的降解动态试验及安全间隔期试验,研究了毒死蜱在白菜中的残留降解动态。结果表明,毒死蜱在白菜中的残留半衰期为1.650~1.824 d;毒死蜱在白菜中的降解速度与其栽培方式有关;按推荐剂量25 mL/667m2施用,施药次数为1次的情况下,毒死蜱在露地栽培白菜中的安全间隔期为7 d,大棚栽培条件下安全间隔期应适当延长。

Abstract: In order to definitude the countermeasure for effective control of chlorpyrifos residues in cabbage,the degradation and residual dymanic changes of chlorpyrifos in cabbage under different cultivation methods were studied. The result showed that the half-life of chlorpyrifos in cabbage was 1.650~1.824 d,the residue in cabbage was related to the cultivation methods of cabbage. The cabbage was sprayed once with chlorpyrifos 40% EC using the dose of 25 mL/667 m2, and the final residue in the cabbage under open cultivation was less than 0.1 mg·kg-1 after 7 days. The safety interval of chlorpyrifos in cabbage under protected cultivation before harvest should be extended to an appropriate level.
