基于离子色谱法的香菇中总SO2-3的检测方法

摘要: 以香菇中总SO2-3为研究对象,研究不同前处理条件对测定结果的影响,建立了基于离子色谱的香菇中SO2-3检测方法,试验选定了离子色谱条件,优化得出了样品前处理条件。该方法的仪器检测限为0.05 mg/kg,对香菇样品的加标回收率从低浓度到高浓度分别为86.0%,88.0%,94.6%,检测结果间的RSD值为1.2%~2.3%。对进一步研究香菇中总SO2-3含量与二氧化硫含量的相关性提供了方法支持。

Abstract: The effect of different sample preparation conditions on the detection of total SO2-3 in mushrooms was studied. And the optimal ion chromatography detection conditions were selected and the detection method of SO2-3 in mushrooms based on ion chromatography was set up. The detection limit of apparatus was 0.05 mg/kg, the recovery rate from low to high concentration was 86.0%-94.6%, and the RSD value was 1.2%-2.3%. The results provided a method for the further research on the relationships between total SO2-3 and SO2 content of mushroom.
