不同生态地区烤烟主要致香物质含量的变化

摘要: 为研究不同烤烟种植生态区与烤烟中性挥发性香气物质的关系,用气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC/MS)对H892和K326的香味物质含量和组成进行检测。结果表明,不同生态条件对烟叶中的致香成分影响较大,不同生态区总的致香物质含量由高到低依次为河南、广东、湖北。不同基因型烤烟叶片间致香物质的含量差异比较大,H892的总香气成分含量远高于K326。

Abstract: To investigate the relationships between neutral volatile aroma constituents in flue-cured tobacco leaves and ecoregion or genotype, flavor components in cultivar H892 and K326 were assayed by GC/MS. The results showed that the levels of total aroma components in flue-cured tobacco leaves were significantly affected both by ecological condition and genotype, which demonstrated a decrease tendency of Henan>Guangdong>Hubei. The content of flavor components in H892 were much higher than in K326.
