Abstract: In this paper， pakchoi was treated with different concentrations of 5% lambda-cyhalothrin and harvested at different intervals， then the growth and glucosinolates（GSs） of pakchoi were analyzed. The results showed that the biomass was increased with 1 000-fold dilution of 5% cyhalothrin microemulsion compared with other treatments. The contents of GSs in pakchoi were also increased with high concentrations of lambda-cyhalothrin， and the indole GSs content of pakchoi was significantly increased with 250-fold dilution of 5% lambda-cyhalothrin.
