Abstract:

Based on ananlysis of the potato starch development in Gansu province, the impact factors of the potato starch industry competitive were explored.On this basis, the industry competitiveness of the potato starch in the main producing areas of China was estimated by grey correlation analysis, moreover, the stituation of potato starch industry competitiveness in Gansu province was analyzed based on the calculation results.
