Abstract

Abstract: The effects of different culture media on tissue culture and plant regeneration of medical plant Lindera aggregate (Sims) Kosterm were investigated with the explants of young stems with buds sprouting. The results showed that the appropriate culture medium for adventitious buds multiplication was MS basal culture medium supplemented with 6-BA 2.0～3.5 mg·L-1, NAA 0.2 mg·L-1 and Na2S2O31.25% (3% sucrose). The most suitable medium for root regeneration was 1/4 MS culture medium added with IBA 1.0 mg·L-1(2% sucrose, without inositol)．
