Abstract: The influence of composite inoculants on fermentation of cow manure composting containing different rates of sawdust was studied. The results showed that vaccination of composite inoculants did not affect fermentation process of the composting containing 12% sawdust,but improved fermentation of the composting containing 6% of sawdust rapidly. Meanwhile, vaccination of composite inoculants could not speed up fermentation of fresh cow manure composting without sawdust. In conclusion, vaccination of composite inoculants could promote the fermentation process of cow manure composting containing 6% sawdust, and could reduce the materials consumption and manure handling cost．
