Abstract: In this paper, on the basis of the microspore size in SP1 generation of Impatiens balsamina induced by space flight and on the principle of mathematical statistics, we used SPSS15.0 statistical software to analyze the data, which gave the reasonable theoretical analysis and built the model of linear regression. This model can predict microspore size and number in SP1 generation of Impatiens balsamina induced by space flight including three types of microspore number as large, middle and small in total．
