Abstract: Colletotrichum sp isolated from Photinia serrulata was identified as Colletotrichum gloeosporioides based on its morphological and molecular characteristics The antifungal activities of 14 fungicides against C gloeosporioides were determined by mycelium growth rate method Four of these fungicides were primarily screened, and their toxic effects on Cgloeosporioides were tested, respectively The results showed that 25% Prochloraz EC exhibited significant inhibition activity at concentration of 000004 μg·mL-1,then is Prochloraz EC (450 g·L-1) at concentration of 0.00005 μg·mL-1,Prochloraz EW (450 g·L-1) at concentration of 0.00018 μg·mL-1, and 50% prochlorazmanganese WP at concentraion of 0.2554 μg·mL-1.
