Effect of diferent fertilization methods on quality of Chinese bayberry fruit(Myrica Rubra Sieb．＆ Zucc．)

Abstract

Abstract: The efects of diferent fertilization methods on quality of Chinese bayberry(Dongkui) fruit were studied．The results showed that foliar spraying of Messenger could improve the fruit quality，especially at the concentration of 45 mg／kg．The contents of reducing sugar，total sugar and soluble solids were increased by 36．6％，7．3％ and 19．7％，compared with the control. Meanwhile，the application ofthe special fertilizer for Chinese bayberry could increase the content of soil organic matter andsoil nutrition，as well as increase the hundred leave weight and the chlorophyll content，significantly promote the quality of Chinese bayberry．The application of 8 kg per tree in twice could increase the contents oftotal sugar，reducing sugar and soluble solids by 15．3％．25 ．3％ and 15．0％ compared with the control．
