Abstract: Studies on the multiple shoots induction, propagation and rooting of Orostachys fimbriatus plantlet in vitro were conducted to construct a rapid propagation system for Orostachys fimbriatus. The results were as follows: the proliferation multiple of the stem was 1169 when cultured with the MS+10mg·L-1 6\|BA+02mg·L -1 IBA+20g·L -1 sucrose medium. Leaves inoculated on MS+15mg·L -1 6\|BA+01mg·L-1 IBA+30g·L-1 sucrose medium could regenerate small adventitious buds well, and the number of regenerated bud per leaf was 971. The vigorous proliferous shoots were inoculated on 1/2 MS+02mg·L-1 IBA+005mg·L-1 NAA medium for rooting, and the rooting rate was 100%, the root number was 123 per shoot.
