Abstract: This paper analyzed the incentives， conducts and experiences of agricultural production in system innovation in Chongzhou， Sichuan Province. It was presented that Chongzhous conduct was a valuable exploration in solving contradiction between grain production and farmers revenue increment， and in controlling disadvantages of mighty capital and weak farmers in traditional industrialization. It also does help in effectively cultivating new professional farmers， as well as in promoting demand\|supply connection of agricultural technology. The Chongzhou model was of theoretical and practical significance in impelling system innovation of regional agricultural production and operation.
