Abstract: In order to understand the damages on export base of blueberry caused by the insect pests and diseases， we carried out a systematic investigation in the main blueberry growing areas in Guizhou Province from 2013 to 2015. Twenty kinds of insect pests and diseases were identified， including 9 diseases and 11 insect pests， among which there were 2 physiological disturbances and 7 infectious diseases. The 2 physiological disturbances were red leaf and chlorosis and 7 infectious diseases were Botrytis cinerea， root rot， powdery mildew， anthracnose， rust disease， canker， crown gall. The 11 harmful insects were fruit fly， scarab（Oxycetonia jucunda Faldermann，Anomala corpulenta Motschulsky，Adoretus tennimaculatus）， aphid（Myzus persicae，Aphis citricola）， mole criket， black cutworm， leaf hopper， longhorn beetle and carpenter moth. Among them， gray mold， scarab and fruit fly caused the most damage.
