摘要: MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类重要的基因表达调节因子,在植物生长发育、逆境胁迫应答等方面起到重要作用。随着深度测序技术的广泛应用,棉花(Gossypium hirsutum)中miRNAs的功能探究成为目前的研究热点。文章主要综述了miRNAs在棉花生物和非生物逆境应答、纤维发育、形态建成方面的功能,并对今后的发展方向和重点作了展望。

Abstract: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are important regulators of gene expression, and play essential roles in plant growth and development, response to adversity stress, etc. With the extensive application of deep sequencing technology, the function of miRNAs in cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) miRNAs has become a hot research topic. In this paper, the function of miRNAs in response to biotic and abiotic stress, fiber development and morphogenesis were reviewed. Eventually, the future research direction and emphasis were looked forward.
