摘要: 为了将来更好地开展大麦杂交种纯度检测工作,本研究利用SSR分子标记对大麦杂交种进行杂种鉴定。结果表明两种DNA提取方法和两种检测方法都可以准确地进行大麦杂交种鉴定,并且简易DNA提取结合琼脂糖凝胶电泳的方法可以快速、有效、经济的进行大麦杂交种的鉴定。

Abstract: To provide better service to barley breeding and barley hybrids purity test in future, SSR markers were used for hybrids identification in this study. The results showed that a kind of fast, effective and economical method of barley hybrid identification was obtained by the comparison of two kinds of DNA extraction methods and two kinds of detection methods. The method of simple DNA extraction combined with agarose gel electrophoresis could identify barley hy brids rapidly, efficiently and economicly.
