摘要: 为探讨浙江不同品种(系)香榧叶片和种实品质的差异,以同一生长环境和立地条件下的12个品种(系)香榧植株为研究对象,测定叶片表型、种实外观和营养品质等生理指标,对数据进行相关性分析和主成分分析,同时建立12个品种(系)香榧种实的品质评价模型。结果显示:12个香榧品种(系)的叶片长度介于15.239~21.322 mm,磐安长榧的叶片最长;叶片宽度介于2.691~3.775 mm,长籽象牙榧的叶片最细;12个香榧品种(系)的出仁率为45.737%~79.481%,最高的是象牙榧;油脂含量为40.702%~54.284%,最高的是早缘榧;可溶性蛋白含量为15.321~32.079 mg·g-1,最高的是龙凤细榧;不饱和脂肪酸含量为83.384%~90.540%,最高的是东榧1号;亚油酸含量为41.394%~48.170%,最高的是东榧2号;金松酸含量为7.850%~12.963%,最高的是安圆榧。经主成分分析后提取出5个主成分因子,建立香榧种实品质评价模型,综合所有指标的种实品质排名为:早缘榧>龙凤细榧>安圆榧>东榧2号>立勤细榧>象牙榧>东榧1号>小籽象牙榧>磐安长榧>圆酥榧>长籽象牙榧>东白珠。研究结果可为选育稳定高产的香榧新品种奠定基础,进而更好地保护和利用香榧种质资源。
