培养环境条件对猕猴桃花粉萌发的影响

Effect of culture condition on pollen germination of kiwifruit

摘要: 采用离体培养法,在筛选出最佳培养基后,研究猕猴桃花粉在不同培养时间、pH值、培养基种类、温度条件下花粉萌发和花粉管伸长状况。结果表明:猕猴桃花粉离体萌发及花粉管伸长的最适培养基为10%蔗糖+100 mg·L-1硼酸+10 mg·L-1 Ca(NO3)2;离体培养最适观察时间为5 h,最适培养温度为30℃,最佳培养pH值为6.0。

Abstract: The factors influencing pollen germination and tube length of kiwi in vitro were reported, including-different culture time, pH values, culture medium and culture temperature. The results showed that the most suitable culture medium for pollen germination and tube growth was 10% sucrose+100 mg·L-1 boric acid+10 mg·L-1 Ca(NO3)2.The suitable culture time was 5 hours, the best temperature for pollen germination and growth was 30℃ and the suitable pH value of culture medium was 6.0.
