虫酰肼和呋喃虫酰肼在土壤中的检测方法及残留动态

本研究运用液相色谱法分析,采用乙腈匀浆提取,氨基柱净化,经有机膜过滤进样检测,虫酰肼和呋喃虫酰肼回收率分别为83.0%~100.5%和87.0%~109.5%。相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.9%~10.2%,均符合农药检测要求。试验表明:虫酰肼和呋喃虫酰肼施药后1 h土壤中的残留量最大,随着间隔时间延长残留量逐渐减少;砂质壤土中农药降解速度明显快于砂土。砂质壤土中农药残留消解方程:虫酰肼Ct=0.847e-0.1848t,T1/2=3.75 d,R2=0.9554;呋喃虫酰肼Ct=0.875e-0.2895t,T1/2=2.39 d,R2=0.929;在砂土中降解方程:虫酰肼Ct=0.816e-0.12541t,T1/2=5.53 d,R2=0.9418;呋喃虫酰肼Ct=0.8657e-0.1462t,T1/2=4.74 d,R2=0.9399。

Abstract:

A method for determining residue of tebufenozide and furan tebufenozide pesticides in soil by means of liquid chromatograph was developed. The samples were extracted by acetomintrile, purified using amino column and filtered by the organic membrane. The results showed that the recoveries were in the range of 83% and 100.5%, and furan tebufenozide were 87% to 109.5%, with RSD less than 10.2%, which indicated that the method could meet the requires for the analysis of the pesticide residue in soil. Comparing the degradation dynamics of tebufenozide and furan tebufenozide in two types of soil (sandy loam, sand), the tests showed that residues of tebufenozide and furans tebufenozide was the largest after 1 h, with the extension of the reduced interval. The degradation rate of pesticide in the sandy loam was faster than sand. Pesticide digestion equations in the sand were: tebufenozide Ct=0.847e-0.1848t,T1/2=3.75 d,R2=0.9554;furan tebufenozide Ct=0.875e-0.2895t,T1/2=2.39 d,R2=0.929, and in the sandy loam tebufenozide Ct=0.816e-0.12541t,T1/2=5.53 d,R2=0.9418;furan tebufenozide Ct=0.8657e-0.1462t,T1/2=4.74 d,R2=0.9399.
