摘要:

为了获得纯化的SV40-大T抗原(SV40-LT)及其特异性抗体,本研究利用原核表达系统高效表达了 SV40大T抗原的高抗原指数区域,然后将纯化的大T抗原免疫试验兔, 制备了相应的特异性抗体。经蛋白免疫电泳和ELISA方法检测,结果表明本研究获得的原核表达产物,不仅具有较好的免疫原性,而且能够诱导试验兔产生较高的抗体水平(抗体效价为1∶6 400)。

Abstract: In order to obtain the purified SV40-large T antigen (SV40-LT) and its specific antibodies, the high antigen index region of SV40-LT antigen was overexpressed in DE3 cells firstly, and then the purified LT antigen was vaccinated into rabbit, and induced specific antibody against SV40-LT. The results of western blot and ELISA showed that the expression products not only had well immunogenicity, but also could induce rabbit to produce higher levels of antibodies (antibody titre 1∶6400).
