Abstract: The modern agriculture service industry has its irreplaceable special significance in developing agricultural economy, promoting agricultural efficiency and farmers income and so on. This paper put forward its connotation and studied its present situation in Lishui city, the lessdeveloped areas in Zhejiang Province. The author found that it faced an internal structural imbalance, the imperfect input mechanism, the unsound incentives and many other issues in underdeveloped areas. By the analysis of issues, the author offered the proposal of a sound diversely agriculture technology service system and provided a useful reference for less developed regions to develop modern agricultural services faster and better.
