摘要: 为充分发挥农业信息化在现代农业生产经营中的科技示范和技术支撑作用,切实加强粮食生产功能区、现代农业园区和标准农田(以下简称“两区一田”)的科学管理,浙江省自2010年起着手开展了现代农业地理信息系统建设。文章主要介绍了浙江省现代农业地理信息系统建设的主要内容、技术方案、进展及成效。浙江省目前已基本完成现代农业地理信息系统一期软件研发和9个县(市、区)的系统建设试点工作,在保障政府部门科学决策、实现农业生产要素信息化管理、提升农业部门服务能力、规范农业行政管理活动、降低行政运维成本方面成效明显,初步实现了生产要素管理、农业项目监管、实时监控调度、网络科学决策等功能。

Abstract: In order to fully play the role of agricultural information in modern agricultural production and operation as science and technology demonstration and support, effectively strengthen the scientific management of food production function area, modern agricultural garden and standard farmland (hereafter referred to as “two areas and one farmland”), the construction of modern agriculture geographic information system in Zhejiang was carried out This paper mainly introduced the content, technical protocol, progress and effect of the modern agriculture geographic information system At present, the first period of software development and the experimental system construction in 9 districts were almost completed and achieved some results in guaranteeing the scientific decision of government department, realizing the information management of agricultural production factors, promoting service ability of agricultural department, regulating the administrative management activities, reducing the administrative operation and maintenance costs and so on, and soma functions including the production factor management, agricultural project supervision, realtime monitoring scheduling and network science decision were preliminary accomplished.
