微生物菌剂配施腐殖酸钾对植烟土壤改良及烤烟经济效益的影响

Effects of application of microbial agents along with humic acid potassium on tobacco-planted soil and economic benefit of flue-cured tobacco

摘要: 以云烟87为研究对象,探索复合微生物菌剂(EM菌剂)配施腐殖酸钾对植烟土壤改良及烤烟经济效益的影响。结果表明,EM菌剂配施腐殖酸钾显著增加了土壤中微生物数量,增强土壤酶活性,提高土壤养分含量,并且增加了土壤pH值,效果优于两者单施。单施EM菌剂和腐殖酸钾均显著提高了烟叶产量以及经济效益,但两者配施效果更佳。

Abstract: A field trail was carried out to evaluate the effect of application of microbial agents (EM) and humic acid potassium (HA-K) on tobacco cv. Yunyan 87 in Ji'an, Jiangxi Province. It was shown that combined application of EM and HA-K could increase microbial population, enzymatic activity, soil nutrient and pH value. The effect of combined application of EM and HA-K was better than that of individual application. Single application of EM or HA-K significantly increased leaf yield and economic benefits, but the effect of combined application of EM and HA-K was better.
