摘要:
探讨蜘蛛类天敌与茶尺蠖(Ectropis obliqua hypulina)的空间关系和数量关系,为茶园茶尺蠖的综合治理提供科学依据。于2021年7月8日至2021年9月17日对安徽农业大学国家高新技术农业园安吉白茶、黄山大叶种、龙井43、农抗早、平阳特早和乌牛早茶园的茶尺蠖及其天敌进行种群数量调查。运用地学统计学方法结合角余弦系数法、密切指数和灰色关联度法对6种茶园茶尺蠖幼虫及其天敌种群动态进行分析,研究蜘蛛类天敌与茶尺蠖空间和数量关系的密切程度。根据密切指数之和得出,6种茶园中与茶尺蠖幼虫空间关系密切的前2位蜘蛛依次是鳞纹肖蛸(Tetragnatha squamata)和三突花蟹蛛(Misumenops tricuspidatus),与茶尺蠖幼虫数量关系密切的前2位蜘蛛依次是草间小黑蛛(Erigonidium graminicolum)和鳞纹肖蛸。综合分析得出,与茶尺蠖幼虫在空间和数量上关系密切的前3位蜘蛛依次是鳞纹肖蛸、八点球腹蛛(Theridion octomaculatum)和三突花蟹蛛,鳞纹肖蛸是6种茶园中茶尺蠖幼虫最主要的自然蜘蛛类天敌。研究结果可以为合理保护和利用蜘蛛类天敌提供重要科学依据。
