摘要:
田埂合理种植蜜源植物可改善田间单一生境、提高农田生态系统对害虫的控制作用,已成为一种常用的绿色防控措施。为了进一步明确田埂种植蜜源植物对稻田天敌昆虫多样性的影响,本研究分别调查田埂种植芝麻(Sesamum indicum)、百日草(Zinnia elegans Jacq.)、硫华菊(Cosmos sulphureus)、波斯菊(Cosmos bipinnatus Cav.)等不同蜜源植物的稻田天敌昆虫种类并对其多样性和功能组团进行了分析。本研究共鉴定了天敌昆虫42种,分属5目19科,其中膜翅目10科32种、鞘翅目1科1种、双翅目3科4种、蜻蜓目3科3种和半翅目2科2种。田埂种植不同蜜源植物的稻田天敌昆虫样本间的Chao1指数、Ace指数、香农(Shannon)指数和辛普森(Simpson)指数无显著差异,但田埂种植蜜源植物的稻田天敌昆虫样本Chao1指数、Ace指数和辛普森指数显著高于对照组。进一步对田埂种植不同蜜源植物稻田天敌昆虫的功能组团进行分析,发现捕食性昆虫共13种,其中捕食幼虫的天敌9种,捕食幼虫和卵的天敌共4种;寄生性天敌昆虫共29种,其中幼虫寄生性天敌17种,幼虫-蛹寄生性天敌4种,蛹期寄生性天敌3种,卵期寄生性天敌5种。田埂种植蜜源植物的稻田寄生性天敌昆虫和捕食性天敌昆虫数量均高于对照,且寄生性天敌昆虫数量多于捕食性天敌昆虫数量。田埂种植芝麻和波斯菊稻田中部分寄生性天敌类群数量上高于种植百日草和硫华菊。整体上,田埂种植芝麻、百日草、硫华菊和波斯菊有助于稻田天敌昆虫多样性的保持,对涵养稻田天敌昆虫具有重要作用;调查田块田埂种植芝麻和波斯菊在部分寄生性天敌类群的涵养上较其他两种蜜源植物效果好。
