Financial exclusion, spatial spillover and convergence of financial development in agricultural areas of Henan

Abstract: The phenomenon of financial geography exclusion and space geographic spillover effect of 51 county units of the traditional agricultural areas in Henan were analyzed by using the tools of ArcGIS, GeoDA and Matlab, combined with non parameter Kernel density estimation, and β\|convergence test was carried out for financial space development pattern. The conclusions are as follows: the function of “second fiscal” is the primary causation to the financial geography exclusion of traditional agriculture area; the division of financial market in organizational slice is responsible for economic imbalance between urban and rural areas; spatial spillover effect of financial development in traditional agricultural areas contributes to the evolution of financial structure.
