Abstract: The whole-length cDNA library of 120-day old Jinhua pig skeletal muscle was constructed by the SMART technique. The titer of library was 1.6 × 106 cfu, the inserted cDNA fragment's length were between 500-2 250 bp, the recombination rate was 93.75%. The results showed that this library was good enough to be applied for the next step.
