Abstract: The changes of antioxidant compound contents and antioxidant activities in strawberry during diferent harvest time were studied in the cultivar ‘Zhangji’ and cultivar ‘0362’．The results showed that the contents of total flavonoids，
total phenolics and assay of DPPH，TEAC，FRAP in ‘Zhangji’ and ‘0362’ fruis significantly increased during the harvest time，which were significantly different between these two cultivars．The significantly positive linear relationships were found between the total phenolics content and antioxidant activities (correlation coefficients for DPPH，TEAC and FRAP were0．8228，0．8812 and 0．8419)．Therefore，the changes of antioxidant activities in strawberry fruit during diferent harvest time may be attributed to the content of phenolic compounds．
