Abstract: This experiment took biennial potted Huahong apple as test material to study the effects of grafting of intermediate stock Liaozhen No.2 on the mineral elements contents in different parts of Huahong apple tree. The results showed that after grafting of intermediate stock Liaozhen No.2， the absorption and utilization of mineral elements in leaves， shoots， trunk， trap roots and lateral roots of Huahong apple tree all increased. The content of the same mineral element was distinctly different in different parts. The content of Fe in trap roots was obviously higher than that in other three parts， while the content of other mineral elements were all the highest in leaves. The content of the same mineral element was apparently different in different diameter classes of roots and all mineral element contents showed the highest amount in the roots with d≤0.5 mm, except the K element in the control.
