摘要:
为了比较作者团队研制的仔猪大肠埃希菌病、C型产气荚膜梭菌病二联灭活疫苗(仔猪红黄痢二联灭活疫苗,以下简称二联苗)与同类二联疫苗及各单苗的安全性和免疫效果,用作者团队研制的仔猪大肠埃希菌病、C型产气荚膜梭菌病二联灭活疫苗分别与国内兽用生物制品企业生产的仔猪大肠埃希菌病三价灭活疫苗、仔猪红痢灭活疫苗和国外某公司生产的同类二联灭活疫苗,在同等条件下进行了性状比较、无菌检验及安全性和免疫保护效果等的对比试验,结果显示,二联苗、国内各单苗及进口二联疫苗的性状和无菌检验均合格,各疫苗对小鼠和断奶仔猪均安全,二联苗对大肠埃希菌各菌株及C型产气荚膜梭菌的攻毒保护率达到80%~100%,与各单苗和同类进口疫苗的免疫效力没有明显差异。结果表明,作者团队研制的仔猪大肠埃希菌病、C型产气荚膜梭菌病二联灭活疫苗质量不低于各单苗和同类二联疫苗。
