不同籼稻杂交组合籽粒植酸含量的配合力分析

Analysis on combining ability of grain phytic acid content in indica hybrid rice

摘要: 利用包括5个具有广泛代表性的不育系和16个恢复系在内的籼型三系杂交稻亲本,采用不完全双列杂交设计,通过对籽粒中植酸含量和一些重要产量性状指标的测定分析,评价其参试亲本材料的籽粒植酸含量的一般配合力和各组合的特殊配合力。结果表明,母本和父本对杂交组合中的籽粒植酸含量变异均有一定贡献,但母本配合力方差的F值要大于父本;一般配合力相对效应值(GCA)较低的亲本材料,其组合的特殊配合力相对效应值(SCA)并不一定也低。在80个杂交组合中,籽粒植酸含量与产量、株高、穗长、有效穗数、总粒数、结实率和经济系数等重要农艺性状间的相关性均不显著,但与千粒重呈极显著正相关。

Abstract: Three\|line indica hybrid rice including 5 indica CMS lines with broad representation and 16 restorer lines, the grain phytic acid content and some important yield trait indexes of the hybrid rice and their parents were determined and analyzed through incomplete diallel cross, meanwhile, General combining ability(GCA) of the parents and specific combining ability(SCA) of hybrid rice for grain phytic acid content were evaluated. The results showed that both female and male parents contributed to grain phytic acid content of hybrids, but F value for variance of female parents was greater than that of male parents. The hybrid rice whose parents had low level of GCA did not always show low level of SCA. Among 80 hybrid combinations, no significantly correlation between grain phytic acid content and yield, plant height, panicle length, effective number of panicles, total number of grains, seed-setting rate or other important agronomic traits was indicated, but there was significantly positive correlation between grain phytic acid content and 1000-grain weight.
