摘要:

对2009年9月浙江省11个地级市10种市售蔬菜的主要重金属与农药残留进行了监测分析,并运用层次分析法(AHP)计算出不同品种和不同亚区域蔬菜的综合污染指数。结果表明:不同品种蔬菜安全程度由高至低依次为:甘蓝>茭白>黄瓜>番茄>丝瓜>韭菜>白菜>芹菜>豇豆>茄子;不同亚区域蔬菜安全程度由高至低依次为:杭州>金华>绍兴>温州>台州>丽水>舟山>衢州>湖州>嘉兴>宁波。

Abstract:

The main heavy metal contents and pesticide residues in 10 kinds of vegetables for sell in 11 prefecture cities of Zhejiang Province were monitored and evaluated. The comprehensive pollution index of different kinds of vegetable and different subregion markets was figured out by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).The results showed as followed: safe level of different kinds of vegetables from high to low was: cabbage> water bamboo> cucumber> tomato> towel gourd > leek> Chinese cabbage> celery > cowpea >eggplant;safe level of vegetables in different subregions from high to low was:Hangzhou>Jinhua>Shaoxing> Wenzhou>Taizhou>Lishui> Zhoushan>Quzhou> Huzhou> Jiaxing > Ningbo.
