摘要: 利用作物秸秆高温发酵产物为主要基质配料及养分来源,探讨不同养分含量的新型环保育苗基质在黄瓜上的育苗效果,结果表明育苗基质有效氮含量过高不利于培育壮苗,速效氮、磷和钾含量分别为160,950和3 600 mg·kg-1时适合培育四叶一心期或更小叶龄的壮苗;培育大于四叶一心期叶龄的壮苗时,基质有效磷含量需要提高到1 700 mg·kg-1,这些研究结果也表明利用作物秸秆高温发酵产物作为黄瓜育苗基质的原料和养分来源是可行的。

Abstract: The effect on cucumber seedlings of different nutrient content of new environmentfriendly substrates which were mainly composed of the fermentation products of crop straws was explored. The results showed that higher effective nitrogen content in seedling substrates was not conducive to cultivating strong seedlings, and the suitable content of the effective nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium before the fifth leaf emerged was 160, 950 and 3 600 mg·kg-1, respectively, and the effective phosphorus content should be increased to 1 700 mg·kg-1 after the fifth leaf emerged. These findings suggested that the use of crop straws fermentation products as the materials and sources of nutrients of substrates for cucumber seedling is feasible.
