摘要: 菌株A12对多种病原真菌具有良好的抑菌活性,经形态观察、生理生化实验和基于16S rDNA及种特异的recA基因同源性序列分析,将其鉴定为吡咯伯克霍尔德氏菌(Burkholderia pyrrocinia)。利用对峙实验测定了该菌的抑菌谱,发现该菌对Rhizoctonia solani,Fusarium graminearum,Verticillium dahliae等多种植物病原微生物有明显的抑菌作用。室内盆栽试验发现,A12对烟草叶绿素含量、光合速率、蒸腾速率及促进根系生长等均有明显的促进作用。

Abstract: An antagonistic bacterium strain A12 has strong antimicrobial activity to many plant pathogens. By morphological, physiological and biochemical assays, and 16S rDNA and recA gene sequence homology analysis, A12 was identified as Burkholderia pyrrocinia. Antifungal spectrum was confirmed by confrontation tests, the results showed that A12 has significant inhibitory effect against Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium graminearum, Verticillium dahliae, etc. In greenhouse tests, B. pyrrocinia A12 showed promoting effects on tobacco chlorophyll content, photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate and root growth.
